Terrific Turmeric Latte Recipe

*serves one

Ingredients
  • 1 cup of almond, rice or oat milk

  • 1 tsp organic turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger or ginger powder

  • 1 tsp coconut oil (eating turmeric with fats help your body absorb it)

  • Rice malt syrup to taste

  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions
  1. Gently heat the milk in a saucepan (be careful not to boil)

  2. Add turmeric, cinnamon, ginger and pepper

  3. Stir in coconut oil until it melts

  4. Using a whisk, beat the liquid until it’s combined and a little frothy

  5. Add rice malt syrup, pour into your favourite mug, sip and relax

Why Turmeric?
