Autumn Smoothies

These delicious Autumn Smoothie recipes are brought to you by our Naturopath, Jaime Talevska.



Pumpkin and Roasted Apples
  • 1/2 cup mashed Butternut pumpkin (cooled)

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats (optional)

  • 1 cup peeled, cubed, roasted apples (cooled)

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 2 tbs maple syrup (can substitute 4 drops liquid Slevia or 2 tbs coconut nectar)

  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!


Pumpkin Fields
  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 2/3 cup mashed Butternut pumpkin (cooled)

  • 2 cups chopped Spinach

  • 2 tsp raw honey (can substitute 2 tbs coconut nectar)

  • 1 tsp ground tumeric

  • 1/4 cup pistachios

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!
