These delicious Autumn Smoothie recipes are brought to you by our Naturopath, Jaime Talevska.
1/2 cup mashed Butternut pumpkin (cooled)
1/4 cup rolled oats (optional)
1 cup peeled, cubed, roasted apples (cooled)
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbs maple syrup (can substitute 4 drops liquid Slevia or 2 tbs coconut nectar)
1 1/2 cups almond milk
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!Pumpkin Fields
1 cup almond milk
2/3 cup mashed Butternut pumpkin (cooled)
2 cups chopped Spinach
2 tsp raw honey (can substitute 2 tbs coconut nectar)
1 tsp ground tumeric
1/4 cup pistachios
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!
