Osteopathy is a physical therapy based upon the principle that manipulation of the muscles and bones to promote structural integrity will restore health, function and movement.
Osteopathy emphasizes the relationship between the structure and the function of the body, and aims to promote better function via physical therapy, which includes stretches, trigger point release, exercises and joint manipulation.
It is effective for a range of conditions, including localized pain, back pain, headaches, joint problems and neural pathway problems.
Osteopathy gets to the root of your problem and offers a long term solution. If you are looking for a qualified and accomplished osteopath in the Richmond area, consult our osteopath Dr. Anne-Marie Noble.
