Cancellation Policy

At BodyActive we understand that all of our clients lead full and busy lives. Your schedule often changes due to work or personal reasons and you may need to reschedule your appointment with us.

We ask that where possible, please give 24 hours notice of appointment changes and cancellations.

This allows us to allocate your appointment time to another person who needs our services.

Last minute cancellations and changes means that our staff are unable treat someone else at your allocated time and your appointment time has been wasted.

Fees will be charged for last minute cancellations, appointment changes and for 'no shows'.

To assist you to remember your appointment, you will receive either an email or text reminder the day before stating the date and time of your appointment.

By booking an appointment at BodyActive Therapies you agree to abide by our Cancellation Fees and Charges as outlined below.

Cancellation Fees and Charges

More than 12 hours notice:     No charge

Between 6 to 12 hours notice:   No fee charged if appointment rescheduled.

Less than 6 hours notice:     A fee of 50% of the appointment fee will be charged.

No Show - failing to keep appointment without notification:     Full appointment fee due.
